Walking and Balance Disorders
The act of walking consists of a series of chains of movement. It is possible for the person to stand upright and balanced. For this reason, walking and balance are the basic function that allows people to move freely. In cases where walking and balance is impaired, the person becomes addicted by losing the ability to walk.
Walking and balance disorder may be innate or later as a result of accidents, diseases and traumas.
Individuals who experience walking and balance disorders face many problems with their lives. The problem of falls is the most common problem faced by people experiencing walking and balance disorders. Walking and balancing disorders rehabilitation are applied to patients in order to restore function of functions that cannot be fulfilled by eliminating the problem.
In the rehabilitation of walking and balance disorders, special exercises aim to strengthen the leg muscles, while in order to maintain balance, the reflexes of the person are provided to work quickly with different techniques.
